Elektromontaż Poznań: History and Today

The main objectives set by the Board are to restructure the company, renew the corporate image, as well as refresh and strengthen the brand.

This 45 year old company, a proud leader in electrical system services and power switchgear manufacturing, launched new development policy in April 2004. Mr. Roman Przybył, the Elektromontaż CEO, has rebuilt the corporate structure, and introduced a new service distribution scheme, composed of several representative offices nationwide and an office in Moscow, Russia. The new logo and coordinated visual identification components have been implemented as a part of an overall image renewal and brand positioning strategy.

The Company became listed on the stock exchange in 1999. The Elektromontaż Poznań shareholder structure is as follows: Budimex (31%), Citibank Handlowy (19.7%), and the Government (49%). 0.3% of the shares remain in the possession of the employees. Reliable shareholders guarantee stable development.

The initial capital amounts to more than 54 million PLN (11.5 million EUR). Up to 30 million PLN in world class bank performance guarantees are available to our customers.

Our financial liquidity has been excellent throughout previous years, mainly due to the stability of our financial assets.
Most of the 272 staff operate directly from the construction sites, or support the contract's implementation. The office resources have been optimised to ensure cost efficient operation.

The Elektromontaż Poznań Quality Management System meets the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 and AQAP 2110:2003 standards, enabling us toimplementprojects of extensive complexity.
