Łukasz Przemysław Szymański -
Director of Legal and Organisational Affairs
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed a lawyer's apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Poznań, as well as Postgraduate Accounting Studies at the University of Economics in Poznań.
Since 2010, he has been a member of the Wielkopolska District Bar Association based in Poznań. Participant in a series of specialist legal and financial trainings and a holder of the Accounting Certificate of the Ministry of Finance.
He has been pursuing his law career since 2010, first as part of his own law office, and later in another law firm. Previously, he was also a proxy in one of Poznań's tax and accounting consultancy companies.
In the course of his previous professional activity, he has participated in and advised on numerous transactions and projects, including:
- business purchase transactions;
- transactions of transformations and divisions of companies,
- implementation of joint venture projects with the use of special purpose vehicles using the sale of an enterprise or its organised part (also with the participation of foreign investors),
- development and negotiation of investment agreements,
- legal advice on property sale transactions,
- in cases of subjective changes under both capital and personal commercial law companies,
- establishing and liquidation of commercial law companies,
and also has dealt with ongoing legal services for companies.
He speaks English at an advanced level.
Łukasz Szymański has been associated with the company since 2015.
Since 1 March 2019 till September 2019 - a Member of the Management Board of Elektromontaż Poznań SA. Since 18 September 2019 - Director of Legal and Organisational Affairs, Proxy.
